I really procrastinated today. I just wasn't feeling like working out. For the first time all week, I wasn't wincing with every move and I was enjoying it.
BUUUTTTTT, my kids have been begging to work out with me all day. I finally gave in, put Pure Cardio in the T.V. and started. We were doing good, but the kids were running crazy and messing with my focus, so I yelled at them to go to bed and I kept on going. It was definitely not easy.
After tomorrow I get a rest day. Yay!
