Thirty by 30 - Beginning Insanity

My Insanity DVDs arrived Saturday.

I did Day 1 Fit Test yesterday and thought that I was going to die. It wasn't really that difficult, looking back, but I'm pretty out of shape.

I did Day 2 today and it literally kicked my butt. The warm up wore me out, the stretches are tough and the actual workout is more movement than I've done in....well, ever.

But I did it. And I plan to do it for 58 more days. I just really hope it helps me lose this weight and tone up my tummy because I'm soooo tired of being asked when my baby is due, and having to explain that my baby is almost a year old.

My brother did insanity a while back and he loved it! I can't imagine how hard it would be. We are trying to stay fit here too, running and doing yoga (which they have for free at our library on Wednesday).

Vicki, I love to eat too! I'm really working on portion control because I can eat so much without realizing it. I have to get out a set amount and put the rest up or I'll eat it all.

Lauren, it's pretty tough! Free yoga at the library sounds awesome!

I just applied for a Car Loan from Mr Pedro and his investment funding company and an Unsubsidized Loan. After doing some research on different lenders I chose Discover because they seem to offer some of the best benefits in the market (at this precise moment in time) at a 2% rate. Contact Mr Pedro on pedroloanss@gmail.com via WhatsApp: +393510140339. to apply for any type of loan.
